Take it to 20!

After playing a couple CY_BORG sessions, I came up with a few ideas, some on my own, others spurred by player requests, most being just items to bring d12 tables to d20 tables. The added items are almost completely lackluster, but, as soon as I manage to deal with formatting the file again, I promise I'll add some fluff everywhere.

Or I won't hear the end of it from my players. One in particular. You know who you are.
